Welcome to Famous Franko's Maps - Fabulous Maps of Favorite Places!

The mission of Franko Maps Ltd. is to provide, continually improve and broadly distribute visually appealing and informative guide maps of interesting destinations for the world's travelers incorporating beautifully rendered and relevant information using only the highest production standards and materials.

A Franko map is a guidebook or a trip planner on one page. Franko Maps are colorful and bright. They are printed on durable waterproof synthetic paper using fade-resistant inks. The detail of every Franko Map incorporates a love and respect for each location, its natural environment and its history. Franko Maps provide a wealth of information including what to see and do, dive sites, surfing spots, trails, historical sites, scenery, cultural facts, activities and attractions.

Franko Map backgrounds (island outlines, hill and mountain shaded relief, ocean bathymetry, etc.) are visually beautiful. Franko Map foregrounds (roads, trails, place names, descriptions, etc.) are clear, beautiful and continuously updated. Franko Maps are improved and updated with each subsequent edition.

Franko Maps began in Southern California's mountains and then expanded to the coast and islands off of California. We then expanded to Hawaii, the Caribbean, Micronesia, and Florida.

Franko Maps will be created for an ever-growing number of favorite places. There is really no limit to the list of favorite places or subjects. The range of Franko Maps could be from the smallest of our National Parks to the largest world-class visitor destinations.

We plan to include destinations that people find to be extraordinary and interesting. Please help us to identify the places that you love to dream about and would like to visit.

Franko's Maps of Guam USA, Magnificent Micronesia and the South Pacific

Some of the world's most serene and beautiful Edens are located in the Pacific. This includes the waters of magnificent Micronesia, Tahiti, Fiji, Samoa and many other exotic destinations. Micronesia alone is an area as vast as the entire United States. It includes the Northern Mariana Islands (Saipan, Rota, Tinian and Guam), The Republic of Belau (Palau), The Federated States of Micronesia (The Western Caroline Islands of Yap, and Chuuk, or Truk and The Eastern Caroline Islands of Pohnpei and Kosre), the Republic of Marshall Islands (Kwajalein, Majuro and Arno Atolls), and the Republic of Kiribati. The Hub of Micronesia is the US Territory of Guam. Most divers and other explorers who travel to Micronesia enter via Guam. Many do not realize that Guam is itself a fantastic visitor destination. Franko's first map for Magnificent Micronesia began with Guam. Each of these fabulous spots in the vast Pacific deserve to be mapped and their individual attributes should be presented in detail. The Maps below are a work in progress and a labor of love that will eventually include Fiji, Tahiti, Samoa and New Zealand.
